The total solar eclipse of April 20 is the first of two solar eclipse events of 2023.  This event will be visible over parts of South/East Asia, Antarctica, Australia, and the South Pacific and Indian Oceans.  The path of totality is mostly over the oceans, although the path does make landfall over Cape Range National Park in Australia, western Timor-Leste, and eastern Indonesia.
